⑪ Painting Room

Wood Body processing workshop has CNC and hand processing areas. Most of wood shaping and holes drilling are done by CNC now, only few are still made by hands.

① Body DEPT

Neck processing from wood cutting to shaping, from sanding, painting to fret leveling are all done on this floor. It is more efficient and better for quality control.

② Neck DEPT

We have 5 CNCs for Neck Department. All wood work on necks from shaping to tuner holes drilling are done by CNCs. So we can guarantee high accuracy and consistent neck profile for each guitars.

③ Neck CNC Area

We have 2 automatic painting lines. One is for Primer, another one is for final Lacquer.

④ Automatic Painting Line

We have dust-control and cool air-exchange system in our final lacquer painting room to guarantee the best finish on each guitars.

⑤ Dust-Free System

This high-speed CNC has 2 router-groups with 8 heads of each, can switch heads automatically to handle very complicated processing. High-speed transmission shaft and routers guarantee both accuracy and efficiency.

⑥ CNC for Body

This is high-precision CNC for fretboard slot-cutting and shaping. Front dots and fretboard inlays are also made on it.

⑦ CNC for FB

Our neck department also have one new high-speed CNC, can proceed complicated neck profile with high requirement on dimension.

This is Automatic fret polishing machine, all frets of each guitar are polished before assembly.
